The Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus is coming soon and this time with some good news and bad news. The good news is that its bringing Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update with it.
And now for the other lame points; its bringing TouchWiz Nature UX. While it may look exactly like its predecessor, it will feature a 4.3” WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor accompanied by 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera and will come in an NFC and non-NFC version.
The real downside is that this super Plus version is shipping with 8GB of internal memory. Yes folks, not 16GB or maybe even 32 GB… but 8GB.
There is no word on pricing or availability, but if we had to venture a guess, and taking into consideration that the Galaxy S2 is relatively old, it would be safe to assume that the Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus will not be burning a hole in your wallet.
Also if you wish to… here is my two cents – just wait, Jelly Bean update is rolling out soon for the Galaxy S II users.
